Goat shelters from IBC totes.
This is just a modification to an existing idea. I've seen the totes cut open without any protection for the entrance. I wanted to do something different to offer better protection from the elements. I've made enough for about a dozen of our goats and they are quite content using them.
This is an upgrade for a larger entrance. Each tote will accommodate a single adult or a doe and her kid.
Shop around to get the best price. I travel for ours and they cost us less than thirty dollars each by the dozen.
They are a durable and long term solution for shelters. They can be moved easily with a two-wheeler. They can also be used for other animals. Our pit bull enjoys his.
